Individual therapy helps individuals process personal life challenges and transition.
It can focus on examining historical events or present dynamics which are causing the individual distress. These dynamics often include managing social relationships, work life, families, and romantic relationships.
I am in the muck of being human with you, meaning I have and continue to go through my own struggles and growth which is an essential factor in being able to walk with you on your journey. I have witnessed growth and change from all kinds of people, even when they didn’t feel like they were capable of it.
I will fervently hold hope for you as I have witnessed the awe-inspiring possibilities that come into clear focus when my expertise and my client’s readiness to grow joins forces. It is truly amazing!
Therapy is its own process, often involving discomfort of confronting fears, life-long patterns, and yes even joy.
